Refund policy

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your product.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

If your claim is approved due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost in full and either replace the item or issue a full refund.

If you notice an issue with your product or anything in your order that seems out of place, please contact our customer support team and send a photograph along with a brief explanation of the problem. We will review the issue and notify you of the approval or rejection of a replacement or refund.

  • If your claim is approved for a replacement, a new order will be shipped to you within 3 business days.
  • If your claim is approved for a refund, a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Replacement & Refund Exemptions

Husvita will not grant a refund or replacement in the following cases:

Wrong Address — If you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for any reshipment costs once a corrected address has been confirmed.

Unclaimed Shipments — If a shipment goes unclaimed and is returned to our facility, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.

Buyer's Remorse — We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer's remorse. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Rejected by Customs — If your package is returned due to customs rejection, Husvita will not issue a refund. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of import regulations in their country and to pay any necessary customs fees upon delivery.

Uncollected FedEx Deliveries — If your order is shipped via FedEx and is not delivered due to reasons such as an incorrect address, missing phone number, refusal or failure to pay import duties or taxes, or any other reason attributable to you as the recipient, the shipment may be abandoned or destroyed by the carrier. In such cases, we are unable to offer a refund, reshipment, or replacement.

Please note: To exercise your right to cancel or return under the EU 14-day cooling-off period, you must accept delivery of the goods. Failure to do so does not constitute a valid cancellation and may result in the loss of your right to a refund.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your Husvita account — refunds are issued as Husvita credits by default. If you specifically requested a cash refund, proceed to the next step.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank — there is often additional processing time before a refund appears on your statement.
  4. Still no refund? Please reach out to our customer support team and we will assist you directly.
